Our Recruitment Process Comprises of these steps

Step 1: Recruiter Screening Applicants who match our hiring criteria will either: – Be invited to attend a virtual or in-person hiring event at the location they applied to – Be invited for a phone or video call with a Recruiter, or – Be invited to complete an on-demand video interview Step 2: Hiring Manager Interview – Applicants invited to attend a hiring event will interview with the Hiring Manager or Hiring Team, either virtually or in-person – Applicants who were successful in the Recruiter phone or video call will interview with the Hiring Manager or Hiring Team, either virtually or in-person – Applicants who were successful in the on-demand HireVue video interview will interview with the Hiring Manager or Hiring Team, either virtually or in-person Step 3: Offer Letter An Offer Letter is extended to successful candidate(s), conditional upon successful background check completion, if applicable. Step 4:   Background Checks Background checks are initiated and completed, if applicable. Step 5:   Pre-boarding Employment is confirmed, and the New Hire is invited to complete their own personalized digital pre-boarding process. Step 6: Celebrate! Quality Control Apprentice

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Quality Control Apprentice to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in learning hands-on quality assurance practices in sustainable paper production and handcrafted goods.

Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visual content across digital and print platforms, including social media, packaging, promotional materials, and product layouts. They should have a strong eye for aesthetics, a solid understanding of brand consistency, and proficiency in tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

Machine Operator - Handmade Paper

We are hiring skilled and motivated Machine Operators to support the production of our recycled handmade paper products. This hands-on role involves operating and maintaining equipment used in the traditional papermaking process while ensuring high standards of quality and safety.

Marketing Lead

We are looking for a passionate and strategic Marketing Lead to drive brand growth and market presence for our line of recycled handmade paper products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sustainable branding, content creation, and B2B/B2C marketing strategies.

Production Supervisor - Handmade Paper

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our handmade paper and artisan product workshop. This role is ideal for someone who understands small-batch manufacturing and values quality, sustainability, and efficiency.
