RETURN POLICY

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Exemptions

Certain items, such as custom-made or personalized products, are not eligible for return.

Items that are damaged, used, or altered in any way are also not eligible for return.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

The processing time for refunds may take 5-7 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us, and we’ll assist you in processing the exchange.
