• Items that are damaged, used, or altered in any way are also not eligible for return.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

• The processing time for refunds may take 5-7 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges:

• If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us, and we’ll assist you in processing the exchange.

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item received is defective or damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items:
