PARWANA handmade paper is crafted from a blend of plant remnants and recycled paper content. Our paper is made in small batches using traditional methods, giving each card a natural texture, soft deckled feel, and one-of-a-kind character.

The paper is strong, smooth enough for writing, and suitable for hand lettering, sketching, stamping, scrapbooking, and keepsake cards. It may also be printed on some home inkjet printers using the top feed tray, one sheet at a time. Please test with a sample first, as printer settings and tolerances vary.

As with all handmade paper, slight variations in shape, colour, texture, and finish are natural and part of its charm. Minor warping may occur due to moisture or temperature changes during transit and can usually be flattened by placing the card under a weight.

Custom Orders

We are happy to create custom cards in different sizes, colours, or designs. There is no extra charge for colour variations in standard sizes.

Turnaround time for custom orders is typically 1–2 weeks.

We also print custom cards for weddings, corporate events, announcements, and other special occasions.

• We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Exemptions:

• Certain items, such as custom-made or personalized products, are not eligible for return.

• Items that are damaged, used, or altered in any way are also not eligible for return.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

• The processing time for refunds may take 5-7 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges:

• If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us, and we’ll assist you in processing the exchange.

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item received is defective or damaged.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item without tracking.
